My Mission

 Living well isn’t about doing more—it’s about living with intention, presence, and care.

I’m Kate—therapist, author, speaker, and host of the Living Big Mindfully podcast. My mission is to help people create longer, stronger, and more intentional lives.

My work centers on healing and intentional living, supporting people as they navigate life’s transitions with greater clarity and compassion—blending science, reflection, and lived experience.
